Interested parties - visitors to the company's premises for any reason (excluding employees, collaborators, managers and directors who habitually work at the premises)
Types of data processed - identification and contact data, date and time of entry and exit, graphometric signature
Purpose - to register visitors who physically enter the company's premises in order to ensure the security of the environment (people, documents and data, equipment and integrity of the building) and the optimal management of emergency situations (e.g. fires or other crisis situations that require the rapid evacuation of the building)

Legitimacy of processing - art. 6 § 1 lett c) GDPR (need to fulfill a legal obligation) in relation to the protection of health, art. 6 § 1 lett f) GDPR (pursuit of a legitimate interest of the owner or third parties) in relation to the protection of the company's assets
Legitimate interest - protection of company assets
Data retention - 36 hours after visitor exit
Possible recipients of the data - suppliers of computer programs (any recipients may process the data only in the interest of the owner and for the purposes indicated above)
Extra EU data transfer - data remains within the European Union
Your rights - Your rights (available at the link below) can be exercised by contacting the owner, the representative or the DPO by mail or e-mail
Complaints - for any violation of your rights you can complain to the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali in Rome or, alternatively, to the supervisory authority of the place where you are established within the EU
Communication of data - necessary: failure to communicate data may prevent access to the premises
