1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The general conditions of sale set out below are valid for any order received by Oscar Boscarol Srl and constitute an essential part of each order. Any changes to these clauses as well as any special conditions must be expressly agreed in writing.

Received orders will be processed by the sales office and are subject to the approval of Oscar Boscarol Srl through regular order confirmation. Orders must comply with the packaging shown on the price list.
Online:
Orders can be sent online via our website (Sign-up required).
3. TRANSPORT
Offline:
The transport is to be paid by the customer and is handled by a conventional forwarder of the Oscar Boscarol Srl company or EX-WORKS as per Incoterms (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). The customer is required to examine the state of the packaging at the time of delivery by the carrier. In the case of damaged packaging, you must accept the delivery "with reserve" and inform Oscar Boscarol Srl of this.
Online:
Unless special promotions limited in time, the transport is to be paid by the customer and is handled by a conventional forwarder of the Oscar Boscarol Srl company or EX-WORKS as per Incoterms All shipments to Italy are insured for the total value of the goods with a 20% deductible with a minimum of € 154.00. For the regions of Lazio, Puglia, Campania, Sicilia, Calabria and Lombardia, the deductible is of 30%, always with a minimum of € 154.00.
4. DELIVERIES
Offline:
The delivery terms indicated on our order confirmations may vary. These changes will be communicated in writing by our sales office. The dispatch of the order is subject to acceptance in writing of the order confirmation document by the customer.
Online:
Orders will leave our warehouse within 36 working hours from receipt of payment (considering any business closures). For Italian destinations, transit times are approximately 24/72 working hours, barring unforeseen circumstances or difficult locations. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes, nor will deliveries be made to the floor.
5. PRICES
All indicated prices are intended as EXCLUDING ITALIAN VAT. Italian VAT is applicable for purchases performed outside of Italy if no EU VAT Registration Number is provided. Always applicable for purchases from Italy, indicated in the final total sum. Oscar Boscarol Srl reserves the right to make changes to the published price list, if the cost of the components of the individual items make it necessary.
6. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Any disputes must be sent in writing to Oscar Boscarol Srl within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return of the goods must be previously authorized by Oscar Boscarol Srl. Authorized returns must be sent to the warehouse of Oscar Boscarol Srl under the conditions indicated on the return authorization, together with a regular transport document, on which you must indicate the reason for the return with the related purchase details. The products must be shipped back in their intact and original packaging and in perfect condition. Those returned will be replaced or credited after verification during the check-in phase.
7. MEASUREMENTS, DRAWINGS AND IMAGES
The indications of measurements, drawings and images on any Oscar Boscarol Srl publication are to be intended for information purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.

All products marked with asterisks (***) are intended to be running out of stock.
9. PAYMENTS
Offline:
Payments must be made at the indicated deadline and for the agreed amount.Delayed payment of invoices beyond the agreed terms will result in the immediate application of interest rates and consequent temporary suspension of supplies.
Online:
Credit card: it is possible to select the payment by credit card and proceed with data entry. The cards currently accepted by the system are those belonging to the VISA, VISA ELECTRON, PayPal and MASTERCARD circuits (excluding Italian PostePay).
Bank transfer: it is possible to purchase by selecting bank transfer as method of payment; the order confirmation will contain all the information necessary to perform the transfer, to be made within 5 days from the date of the order (beyond which the order will be canceled). Please indicate the number of the order in the description of the transfer. In order to speed up the processing time, we invite you to send the receipt to the e-mail address of our accounting department: contabilita@boscarol.it. ONLY FOR ITALY

Collection on site: in case you wanted to collect the goods personally at our warehouse located at via Enzo Ferrari 29 in Bolzano, you can select this delivery method and you will not be charged for any shipping costs. For the collection, bring with you the order confirmation you can download from our website and the email of goods readiness you received from our warehouse. If whoever comes to collect the goods is not the registered user who placed the order, please present yourself with a written proxy and a photocopy of the identity document of both. Cash and electronic card payments are accepted. ONLY FOR ITALY
10. COMPETENT COURT
The Court of Bolzano is competent in the case of any controversy.
